Terms and conditions
Your Reservation
To secure your reservation, kindly request a room through our website. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receiving our confirmation.
Payment
Upon receiving our invoice, we kindly request a 50% advance
payment. The remaining amount can be settled in cash or by card at the
time of departure.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to one week before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total reservation. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Rooms will be available for check-in from 15:00 hours. If you plan to arrive earlier, kindly consult with us beforehand.
Departure
We kindly ask that you vacate the room by 11:00 hours. If you wish to extend your stay, please consult with us in advance.
